  • Your profile is deactivated, immediately removing access to courses, progress, and certificates (if any).
  • Your email is unsubscribed from marketing communications and third-party tracking like Meta Pixel.
  • General account details, lesson tracking, and quiz results are permanently erased.

While your learning profile is deleted, certain financial records must be preserved to fulfill legal obligations. We maintain strict security protocols for all archived information.

 

  • Transaction data and billing history are retained for at least 7 years to comply with Cyprus tax and accounting laws.
  • Retained information is safeguarded using advanced administrative and technical measures like HTTPS encryption.
  • Partial credit card details are kept securely, while full numbers remain safely with third-party payment processors.
